Who and Where is Genesis 2 Female?

Hi, I am sure this has been asked before but I can't find it on the forum.

At the store I am seeing people who require Genesis 2 Female but I can't find her in the store. Where can I find Genesis 2 Female? Who or what is this new requirement about?
