DS4.6: What figures are used in the splash screen?
One detail which immediately caught my attention when I fired up Daz Studio 4.6 for the first time was the splash screen. Very beautifully made...
However, that really left me wondering what figures we get to see in there?
I started looking around the marketplace and already identified the Undead fiend, but who is the elven figure, and also interesting to know: what is she wearing?
The ring which the fiend holds in his hand is something I think I recognized, but now that I'm thinking things over I'm also not that sure any more ;-) I doubt it came from a free collection of stuff, and I also doubt it's default jewellery as well.
I tried going over some FAQs and such but so far haven't found anything related to my question. So well, figured I might ask in here before I go to fix my layout again 8)

In don't know about the character, but the outfit it this one: http://www.daz3d.com/lorella-fantasy-outfit
And hair is most probably this one: http://www.daz3d.com/short/lady-elf-hair-for-genesis
Hard to tell, but the shade and glossiness of her lips make me wonder if it's Trefoil's texture.

The ring? No clue. lol
Thanks for the tips you guys!
That outfit is really well spotted, I tried going over the fantasy selection this afternoon but just couldn't find it. Another prop for my wishlist :-)
Quite frankly its details like that which can really do it for me. I mean; you got an awesome program (IMO DS4.6 is quite awesome indeed) so why not use the program itself to make your promo's (or splash screens)...
I don't think they were claiming it wasn't. If you read it in a different tone of voice, it gives the sentence a 'if you got it, flaunt it' type of meaning.
I'm writing as I would have said it.. Vaskania said it all, but I have to admit that re-reading my previous post while trying to take some more distance clearly explains your reaction.
No; I meant to say something more in the likes of...
"It's details like that which can really do it for me. I mean; since you got an awesome program to sell your customers you also simply use it yourself to create your promos. Best of two worlds".
Somewhat offtopic (but for context): It's reasons like this why I fancy "NetBeans"; a Java programming IDE which was build (mostly) in.. The Java programming language. Or what about that language itself? Many tools such as the Java compiler are available in source format. Ayups; the Java compiler is written in Java (chicken and egg problem there, eh?).
That's what went through my mind up there. I heavily admire how the people behind DS4 use their own tools to enhance them as well.
Sorry for the confusion. I know like no other how hard it is to actually write things down the way you intended it.
Opps...need my read between the lines glasses.. these stopped working...
Appreciated, but no need.
It lies somewhere in between; let's not forget that I'm the newbie around here and well.. I also should not write in a style where I somewhat assume(d) people will simply understand what I'm trying to say.
