Commercial Use Question

I'm sure this has already been asked somewhere, but I can't seem to find it. I'm interested in using DAZ 3D content for the artwork in a children's book that I'm working on. However, I'm not 100% clear on the usage rights I have, so I wanted to see if someone could affirm that I'm on the right track. I've read this:

User may (i) access, use, copy and modify the Content in the creation and presentation of animations and renderings, and (ii) incorporate two dimensional images (including two dimensional images that simulate motion of three dimensional objects) derived from the Content in other works and publish, market, distribute, transfer, sell or sublicense such combined works; provided that User may not in any case: (a) separately publish, market, distribute, transfer, sell or sublicense any Content or any part thereof; or (b) publish, market, distribute, transfer, sell or sublicense renderings, animations, software applications, data or any other product from which any Content, or any part thereof, or any substantially similar version of the Content can be separately exported, or extracted into any re-distributable form or format. Subject to the foregoing limitations, and the rights, if any, of third parties in or to the objects represented by the Content, User may copy, distribute, and/or sell User’s animations and 2-D renderings derived from the Content. All other rights with respect to the Content and their use are reserved by DAZ and its PAs.

If I'm understanding this correctly, I'm free to use 2D renderings pretty much however I want (in this case, illustrations for a book) as long as I'm not distributing any of the content separately or in a 3D format.

What I'm most curious about is the mention of 3rd parties. Do publishers on the site count as 3rd parties for this clause, or are they under the same copyright rules as the content produced by DAZ 3D. If they're separate entities that just use the site as an online marketplace, are there separate terms of service for using their content? Would something created by mighty_mestopholes (one of my favorite artists, BTW) be usable under the same terms and conditions as something I found under DAZ Originals?

Thanks ahead of time for any clarification and help!

All content sold in the DAZ 3D store is subject to this EULA, whether it is PA or DO.

AS long as you are only using 2D renders then you are fine.
