    You're most welcome.

I wanted to say thank you to everyone who got the previous two lights early on and made them such a success so I asked DAZ to make the distant light free to those who purchased prior to this release.

Thank you all for making the advanced lights such a success.

Oh and the banner notification at the top is pretty cool huh? DAZ Marketing did a really good job notifying prior owners to pick it up for free. Thanks DAZ!

Thank you for leading us further out of the darkness, into the distant light. Very much appreciate the free upgrade. Will be looking more at your work later.

Thank you so much for the Distant Light. I had decided to buy it regardless. It was a no brainer. Then when I realized I would get it free! :ohh:

Cudos to DAZ Marketing for the banner.

Do your lights help lighting a character within a scene? I have some small vignettes scenes and some large scenes and its difficult to light the character in them. Even though I have Gleam and Carressed by light, lighting the character herself poses a few problems. Thanks.

    Hi Joe,

I'm not sure I fully understand your question. I would suspect both Gleam and Caressed by Light would do well for lighting characters. Could you post an image showing the problem so I can better understand?

    Thanks for the list!

I didn't even look at the promos, I threw it happily in my cart and checked out.
    LOL

So the next thing from you will be textures for the dinos? The Tawhak looks good!

I've been keeping an eye on this tread as the renders here are impressive. So I took the plunge and bought the bundle today.
Looking forward to playing around with it. Oh, and thanks for adding the Distant lights to the bundle. :-)

Haha. No, not likely. I was just having one of those days where none of my work was turning out the way I envisioned it. I knew the best thing to do was step away from the project for an afternoon, but that is hard to do because it is my job... it needs to get done.

So I went through my runtime looking for inspiration which might lead to a different promo idea. I saw Tawhak and thought "Yeah! Painting dinos sounds fun! I'll do that then use it in a promo somehow." Thereby justifying having some Sculptris fun time :) That promo didn't turn out like I hoped either but... well... artistic block happens sometimes. I did have fun though haha.

    Thanks for the complement :)

Yeah, great stuff... and funny about the Tawhak - I got it a wee while back and still haven't used it, but there's so much fantasy art I just never seem to have time to get around to doing.

As always AoA, great lights that get better with every release - cheers!

I will chime in and add my Thank You! for the easy notification, but mostly for the generous gift of making the distant lights free if we owned either of the previous two items (I own both) :-)

I don't render anything in DAZ Studio anymore without using these lights. It has made the whole user experience soooo much better! And I have been using Studio for 8 years now. :) Thank you for the Distant Light.

Yeah I am a little DIM but at least I am not soft and fluffy. :P Hey you should know me by now. I am a Shader and Light junkie and an avid follower of AoA and DT.

When I saw the new Advanced Distant Light, I knew I wanted it right away, since I have both of the others. Then I saw that it had been added to the bundle, but I didn't buy the bundle before, because I bought each light as soon as it came out. So I thought bundle buyers would get an update deal that the early adopters would miss out on. BUT I WAS WRONG! AoA gave it to us for free. Now that is a vendor who cares for his customers. No wonder we are loyal. (That and the great product quality, of course!!) So add my THANKS to the long list.
