Animate 2 missing

Hi all

I have it installed in my 4.11vs but i cannot find it in the Windows/Panes drop down at all...

However under About Installed Plugins its there with the serial number.

It does not have a serial number, that's a placeholder to remind you of the format of the serial number - to make it easier to enter the right one. If the serial was entered the box would not show at all.
