Save an opacity map as a preset?

I am trying to save an opacity map as a preset, without the shaders and other material settings, such as the textures. I want to be able to seperately turn the opacity on and off.
Any ideas on how I do this?

  • After setting the name/location for a preset you should get an options dialogue - the lower portion of that enables you to specify which properties are saved, by checking/unchecking in the tree. There's a flyout option menu button on the right-hand edge of the dialogue which lets you check/uncheck things en masse
