Backup content problems/Fresh install

So, i seem to have run into a problem. As i have added rnew content, some will work with DIM and others wont, so I install manually. But it seems i have duplicates (if thats possible). Some tiems show up and otehrs dont. I was thinknig of reinstalling Daz3d and going with fresh copy to start over. Is there anyway to know which content is installed so I can readd it later without having to look thru each file?

Installed manually? If you imported metadata those should still show as installed in the Content Library>Products list, or the products tab of Smart Content.
