Unable to connect with ZBrush, check installation

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

So why is this suddenly broken?  ZBrush is installed and running, GOZ is working, GOZ paths are found and set up correctly.

    Which version of ZBrush, and has it been updated since it was last working?

    The latest version - 2018 and no it hasn't been updated since.  It still works on my MacBook but not on my Windows 10 machine (they both have the same versions of ZBrush and Daz).

    Does it just fail to do anything, or do you get an error message?

    I get the error message in the subject line.  Daz3D and DazDim are the only things that have updated since I last used the Goz on my Windows system.
