How do I manually install in DAZ Studio 4.10 on Mac?

I cannot find instructions on how to manually install content in DAZ Studio 4.10 on Mac. I'm currently on Mac OS Mojave, which apparently doesn't work with DAZ3SIM installer.

The current version of DIM supports mojave, but if you still haev the old oen isntalled you will need to manually download its installer adn run that since it won#'t start up to update itself.
