"Installation failed" - SOLVED

When I try to install dForce Urban Casual Outfit for Genesis 8 Male with the DIM, I get the message "Installation failed".

What should I do?

 

Things I've tried with no result this far:

- reinstalling the item numerous times

- restarting the computer

    Have you tried going to the product page under your account, using the Download button to get a local copy, and then placing that in the isntall Manager Downloads folder and trying to install again?
