Special effects not showing up

I purchased "Cavern of Secrets" --> https://www.daz3d.com/cavern-of-secrets ... and the flames and special effects are not rendering. See attached screen print of what I see in the editor [LEFT} and what actually renders [RIGHT].

What am I doing wrong?

That's an Iray render, I assume? Select the effects plane with the Surface Selection Tool, then go to the Surfaces pane and in the Presets tab double-click the Emissive preset under Sahder presets>Iray. Now go to the Editor tab, find the Emissive colour settings, click the little icon to the left of the colour picker, and apply the effects map from the list.

I'm in the Surface pane. I see three tabs : Preset, Editor & Shader Baker. In none of the tabs do I see "Emissive"

In the Presets tab, it should be under Shader Presets>Iray as I recall, or All and type Emisive in the filter box - you do need to have the target (item and surface) selected first, either using the Surface Selection Tool or by regular selection of the item and then selecting the surface in the Editor tab.
