To Bright Render

Attached is a render that's way to bright. When ever I mess with the settings it ends up getting even worse... Do dark, black, pure white etc...
I've "RESTORED" and/or "RESET" back to defaults and this is the outcome.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

I have no idea what you mean by "Do dark, black, pure white etc..."
You either need to decrease the strength of the lighting in your scene (and make sure you have Auto Headlamp in the render dettings set to "Never"), or you can decrease the sensitivity of the camera. You can do that by going to the Tone Mapping section of the render settings and changing the Exposure Value. The higher the value, the darker the picture.
You can also change tone mapping settings in mid render - look for the menu bar down the left edge of the render window.
All white... I'm still trying.
Never mind. I just used a preset and it's fine.
Thank You
