Can I export any of these hair products into Blender?

Can I export any of these hair products to Blender? There doesn't seem to be an .obj file just a .duf.
I don't want to buy something I can't use. Already did that this month.

Any tutorials on how to make my own polygon based hair which I am guessing this is?
Thanks

I am not aware that you directly can export a .duf file to blender.
But what you can do is load the hair into Daz, and from there export it, e.g as an .obj, and then import it into blender.
Just be aware that materials must be must be applied manually, if you need these.
If you just want to tweak the hair in blender, you don't need the materials.
There is a .duf importer available for Blender here: https://blenderartists.org/t/daz-importer/684697

I've not actually used it (though I have used something similar to import a .dsf geometrey file long ago, I seem to recall) so user beware...
