Genesis Zero Pose not zeroing

Hello all!
I am having an issue with zeroing/restoring poses on Genesis. Whenever I do so, I am still getting values for the Bend and Side-Side parameters of the head and neck. I've tried to zero these in the parameter settings, but they still default to the values as soon as I try to zero the pose again.
Any suggestions as to what I can do to fix this?
Thanks!

Heya mdlark! *waves*
If you're setting the individual body parts through the parameters dial, they may be canceled or overridden by a compound parameter elsewhere.
Try checking two places in your dial set: The individual parameter dials for "head" and "neck" and then, select just the head and look for Posing Tab -> Pose Controls -> Neck. See if you have a non-zero value there.
Pose resets don't always catch the dials that control multiple body parts; you have to go in and zero them manually.
I hope this works for you :-)
Yes, I've checked both of those. All the pose values are set to 0.00. But the individual sliders aren't getting reset to zero.
I suspect it may have something to do with the parameter settings for these values. I'm including screenshots of the parameter settings for the neck. As you can see, the default value is not showing 0.00. If I change it to 0.00, the "raw value" changes, and that value is grayed out and can't be changed. Even if I zero the rotations and save the figure, it still defaults back to the 21.1292 value.
Check the Controllers tab to see if there are any links controlling the parameters (which there are - head side to side and head bend in the Pose Controls group at least)
Nope, all pose controls set to zero.
Oh well. This is only one model. The rest of my Genesis models are fine, so I guess I'll just deal with it.
As a workaround you might be able to do a "memorize" on the figure after you zero everything out, then save it, then when you load it up if it's wrong you can use "restore" to set it back to the memorized state...
I believe you may better check once again.
I may try select genesis "head" node, then serch poze controlls>neck section.
some controller value have ERC with your problem head and neck rotation,
I think, one of them should be rocked without intention.
when I rock, Neck head side-side, (bend or twist may cause same problem)
value, it cause the problem what you said.
the poze controller can no be visible, without you select genesis head.
Actually I can change the neck or head rotation value,(which controlled by rocked parameter)
and the default value keep zero of each rotation value.
but rocked controller value can not be changed by zero poze, zero figure etc.
so that when you set zero poze again, only the rocked parameter try to work ,
then change ERC rotation value again.
even though you memorize figure, with all zero value, the rocked controller value
memorized as rocked value, then turn to default value. ^^;
so that, when you try to restore figure again, it must cause same problem.
you need to serch the rocked value without intention. ^^;
(I do not know it is hide controller, or poze controller or, one of character morph which you made by genX
without intention)
Select the figure or the nodes you want zeroed. Then go to the Parameter Tab and go to the options menu and find the option for Zero and choose either Figure pose or the sub option for only selected nodes.
Which Richard had said, "check controller tab "
means, in parameter setting , "Controller" tab
in my pic, it shows "Controller" head: neck head-bend.
the Controller is not assigned genesis root, it is assigend head node.
then if the Controller value are locked (I suspect so) , the problem happen as you have mentioned.
I can not confirm , the parameter is which you need to correct,
(because, I do not know, what morph you have made, or installed)
But you can find which parameter have ERC with the neck rotation
in parameter setting tab. Controller section.
As your case, you already find which parameter value changed, when you zero poze.
so that you can find Controller, and remove problem.
maybe you just need to UNlock the Controller parametr, with lock icon .
Hi, I'm having a problem with eyes in a G3 character. The raw settings are set to -7 I don't seem to be able to make the changes stick. I don't really understand what I'm doing with these settings but I can see they should be 0. When I check. 'Point at' and select camera the eyes roll up and off to the side. The two eye's have slighting differnt settings making him look drunk. I can't see anything locked. Richard said:
but not what to do about it. In the Controllers tab there's a list of expressions like 'smirk', 'guilty' etc. I can get 'Look at Camera' script script working so why can't I get the Point At working? More to the point how can I make That Raw setting stick at 0.
Thanks.
Male or female/ They are 0 fro me on the Genesis 3 Female, but Raw should be the local value (before any ERC is added to give the actual value) so controlers wouldn't account for a non-zero value there.
