reinstalling DS 4.10

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I may need to reinstall DS 4.10 PB on my computer, but when I search for it (the box over the Install Tab), in Install Manager, it doesn't appear.

How do I locate 4.10 to reinstall it?

(4.10 stopped working this morning, and I was wondering if an update caused it.)

    Have you tried typing beta in the filter field?

    Oh, that worked!   Thank you!

    ...and I noticed that there is a 4.11.

    Think that is the reason 4.10 wasn't working this morning?

    Should I simply download 4.11?

    4.10 wouldn't stop working because 4.11 was available, so I doubt that't the issue.

    Hmm...

    Well.  4.11 seems to be the only option for me to download.  When I type in 4.10, nothing comes up to download (or reinstall)

    ...Wonder if I should just download 4.11, maybe that would get me back to work. 

     

    EDIT- I may have misunderstood what I read: It says 'Mimi'c for 4.11.  But...is there a 4.11?

    Hello, again,

    Issue solved, it was an update issue, like you said.

    ...an upgrade to 4.11.

    So I finally located the page to help me download 4.11, and everything is working.

    Without your reply, I would not have had a clue as to what the problem was.  Thank you!
