Content library navigation key bindings

In content library tab I prefer using 'view as list' view option. However it is not as comfy as it easily could be.

All I need is change the bindings of 'go back' or 'go up' buttons to my mouse 4 or 5 side button, or 'back and forward' to 4 and 5 MB accordingly, like in windows or internet browsers, smth like that.

Would be better to have a 'press middle mouse button' as a 'pan view' activator.

Could not find it in F3 shortcut bindings.

Is there an option to implement this?
