Victoria 7 normal torso map looks wrong

This has bothered me for quite a while, but Victoria 7 normal torso map seems wrong around the clavicle area. I have checked many others generation 3 figures normal maps and they are fine. I wonder if it is a mistake not solved or it is just made that way, but it seems obvious just by looking at the normal map that it's going to render bad.

Yes, I was using Victoria 7 UVs. Are you saying you don't see this flaw in the map? Can you post a render of it please?
I know I've had this problem before, so I'm trying to duplicate it. I think I figured it out. Here are two of the test renders I did.
First: Vic7 HD, base loaded and all normal maps applied.
Second; Vic7 HD, same character, removed the actual Vic7 slider morphs (just plan G3 body).
I get the same problem if I use Vic7 normal maps on other G3 characters.
Well, the normals are doing roughly the same as the HD moprh so mixing them probably will produce odd rsults, as may using them on a different shape (the normal map controls the directioon from which a surface receives light, if it is set up expecting one shape - actual facing - and applied to another - with a different facing - then the net result will be different from either the shape or the normal map's intent).
Yeah, I noticed too that using the HD morph plus the normal map gave even more pronounced results in that area. I thought HD morphs only worked on a microsurface level; such as micro pores and wrinkles.
Anyway, even using default Victoria 7 the results are not ideal on my view. It's ok, guess I will just check other figures using the same UVs I might have in my library to use their normal maps. I think the results will be better even if they are not created for that geometry.
Thank you both for your help.
