DAZ 3D 4.10 Pro and macOS mojave (APFS file system) could not open file

Currently running DAZ 3D 4.10 Pro and macOS mojave (APFS file system). However, smart contents can not find files even though file path in info exists and works (have verified).
Has anyone else had this issue ? And if so, were you able to fix this ?

How was the content installed? Often this seems to happen when the product was isntalled via Connect and then the connect files were manually removed (deleted or the Connect directory changed), since DS will use those (if it thinks they are there) in preference to a DIM install.
