Since last night, I have been experiencing very slow download speeds through DIM and manually from the Product Library on the website.  Any of the larger files I try to download through DIM will eventually time out and fail.  I am able to successfully download through the Product Library, but the 700mb file clocked in around 150KB/s and took roughly two hours to download.

A traceroute from my PC to cloudload.daz3d.com reaches the server in 9 hops, with the round trip time not exceeding 14ms on any of the hops.

Has anyone else been seeing slower-than-normal download speeds recently?

    I always use Manual download  and am still getting good speeds.   Tried a couple today and spped was betweem 5 and 7Mb/s

    Thank you for confirming that you're still getting decent speeds.  I reset my modem and router, and I am now seeing a little improved performance. At least, a couple of the larger files downloaded fairly quickly.  Others seem to be stalled.

    I am experiencing the same problem. DIM downloads are extremely slow, and some products indicate "Download Failed!" I have power cycled my entire system including the cable modem and router.

    Same problem. DIM is very slow and manual download speeds haven't gotten faster than 120 kbps since about 9 PM last night. Also got "Download Failed!" and log indicated a network timeout.

    I'm looking in to it. Anything that is already in the CDN is downloading quickly but it appears something is going on with un-cached downloads.

    Thanks for confirming and letting us know you are on it. I have two products in my queue that won't download at all.

    Don't forget if you got a download where it started but didn't finish you will need to clear that out of your browser cache before you try downloading it again, otherwise it does have a tendency to fail again at roughly the same point.

    Some things download fine, "Single Home 11 till 15" by Dreamland Models not at all 0 Kb/s

    Lovley fantasy lace iray shaders 607 MB is taking an hour to download. right now its downloading at about 150KB/s

    Daz is having problems

    That is using manual download, trying with install manager it stays at 0%

    I had a period of not much better than dialup d/l speeds last night, while I was snarfing down my week's shopping. It didn't last long, I was back to normal after cancelling and restarting the problem file (all manual downloads, if that's any help).

    Same here, five out of many other downloads stay at 0%, then fail.
