Beta DS 4.11: Iray Fallback to CPU - Late 2013 iMac (4G 780M)

Rendering a simple scene, it falls back to CPU.  Log file shows this message:

GPU is correctly used for the same scene in DS 4.10

Is there a Mac NVIDIA driver I don't know about?  The Web driver is up to date for this OS (Sierra)

    What do you define as a simple scene? How much Vram for your 780M? If it's 4 GB, you won't be able to render much. How much Vram is used for whatever else is running?

    Right now there is a problem with the nvdia drivers for mac, no updates available so it has reverted back to os default graphics drivers. It is the cuda driver that is causing this.
