Not as far as I am aware. Most content promos are for individual products available through the store. The Starter Essentials packages usually contain content that is only available in those free packages. You could always make your own, if needed. OK. As I said, you are pretty much going to have to create your own thumbnails for most of the content. There are a few exceptions - for example, the pinup bikini is actually the String Bikini for Victoria 6 product, and the pinup hair is actually the Charm Hair product, etc. You can get thumbnails for those from your downloads or from their product pages.
