just purchased Genx but it does not show up in my serial numbers?

Greetings to all,

Been a while since I have been here and used Daz, so any help would be appreciated. As mentioned I just purchased GenX but it does not show up in my serial numbers?

GenX Install directions say below 

  • Installing, Starting, and Registering GenX Before you can start GenX2, you need to enter the serial number in the plugin dialog of DS4, which is opened by About Installed Plugins... in the Help menu of the main menu. (You need to restart DS4 after entering the serial number.) Then, you can open the GenX tab from the Window/Tabs menu of DS4.

Looked in About Installed Plugins.  There is no GenX listed - see pic

    How did you install? Have you restarted DS since installing? Is this the release build or the beta?

    Hi Richard,

     

    I am using the beta I did restart, but was about to try going back to 4.10, is that the problem?

    Some plug-ins may not be set up to install to beta builds, I don't know if GenX is one of them.
