SQL server connection issue

How or why did my post disappear? As posted yesterday, I keep getting this error on start up. I have to delete then reinstall both the sql server pack and studio to get full function of the program. The main issue is studio's ability to find all installed items. On Win 7 and all other programs work fine but for studio. Actually, hexagon acts up more than any other program I use as well (which could be an RAM issue).
