Using Dynamic Clothing Control with Wizard cloak

Hello, I have bought the Wise Wizard clothing and also installed the Dynamic Clothing control to be able to use the preset 'Hood Down' in Daz, but I don't know what to do next. I opened the plug-in and nothing shows up in the window of 'Dynamic Clothing'. I select the cloak and click 'Drape' and a window pops up saying 'No cloth items were active for draping. Please check your selection and the "Cloth actions affect" setting and try again'. I don't know how to use it. I just want to make the Dfroce preset work for the cloak. Anyone can help me please?

It is a dforce compatable  clothing item. You do not use the Dynamic Clothing tab, you use the dforce simulation. You can find threads in the forum on how to do this.
