DAZ Script writing

Hi,

I am interested in writing some DAZ scripts.  I know that DAZ uses the Java Script language.  I have never written code for Java script but learning it should not be a program because I was proficient in C, C++, Ada, Pascal., etc.  It is my understanding that Java is very similar to C++ so learning Java Script should not be too hard to learn. 

1. Where can I get some tutorials for Java Script?

2.Are there any differences between Java Script and DAZ scripts that I should be aware of?

3. Where can I find documentation about the predefined  DAZ variables, constants, functions etc?

4. Where can I see some examples of the source code for DAZ scripts?

1. All over the internet.  Google is your friend.  Try W3Schools.

2.  There are differences.  I'm not aware that an list of differences exists per se.  Daz Script and Javascript are both derivatives of ECMAScript.
