How can I remove makeup?

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I used Ultimate Make-Up for Genesis 8 Female(s) in a scene and saved it. Now I would like to remove the lipstick but have no idea where to start. The product doesn't have a remover and other lipstick isn't overriding it.

    Did you already tried to reload the base skin material for your figure?

    Ultimate makeup uses the diffuse overlay channels for applying. Check and clear the image maps from those channels and you should be good to go.

    I encountered the same problem, could you hint where I can find the 'image map channels' of my object?
