New Hard drive, Daz won't fresh install

I had all my content on drive D, I bought a new external HDD and moved my content, updated the info on Daz Studio and DIM, content shows up but there is a lot of missing files I uninstalled everything using DIM, uninstalled Daz and everything Daz came with using CC Cleaner, I also cleaned my registry. I rebooted my PC and tried to install the latest version 4.10 (originally I had 4.9), it seems to install but it shows all my previous content, still with missing files. I tried to uninstall but apparently I don't have Daz 4.10, I only have 4.9 somehow. Even the links created take me to 4.9 even though it's been uninstalled several times. I don't mind losing the content I have so long I can start from scratch, but I can't seem to make it work. I have done this process several times in the past, always lost personal content but I was able to start from fresh. Please help

Uninstalling won't touch the database, which I suspect is the issue here - especially if there was content installed via Connect (DS downloading and installing files). it's also possible that the new paths are not entered correctly in Content Directory Manager or DIM - screenshots would help.

How are you launching DS when you get 4.9? What is the exact version number - Help>About Daz Studio?
