Can you auto fit from G3 to G8 without losing bones?

The question is probably poorly phrased, so sorry about that, but basically I’m trying to use the dark fantasy wings and Sragelle tail on a genisis 8 figure, but auto fit turns them into solid single objects (and slightly distorts the right wing). Is there a way around this?

can also just change the scene identification on them to G8f as not affected by t to A pose, hairs too, anything that uses arms and legs need rotations changed and baked

Or of course now you can buy the converter from riversoft art. It's not cheap but it does an amazing job converting the files, even copying the Thumbnails and everything, making it a real G8 cloth like it was made for that figure from start.
