is there a way to change this menu back to left side?

My right eye is kinda bad, so it is a pain to work with this on right side.
Is there a way to put it back to left side? IIRC, in DAZ Studio 3.x, it was on left side.

Not exactly, but if you don't mind losing the cube you can enable docked controls from the option menu (the lined button right in the corner) which will put them in  a left-aligned row at the top of the viewport.
