Help with using Multiple Content Libraries in Smart Content

I'm not sure if there is a solution to this problem but i thought i ask.
I don't use one Content Library for Daz Studio. When l first started using Daz Studio I put everything i had in just one "My Library" folder and i just found it too difficult to find stuff and it just was a mess. A couple of years ago I had a hard drive crash and so when i reinstalled my content, i separated the content according to how i was going to use it.
For example i have a People Folder (characters, hair, clothes), one for shaders, one for plant and trees, and so on. i actually have 36 separate folders plus matching folders for my older Poser content.. I might sound crazy to some of you and i might agree with you. i attached a few images of all my directories so you see the how far go with this., i even gave each folder a unique icon (weird huh?)
Finally my question is there a way you include these many, many folders in Smart Content. I'm not the biggest fan of the Smart Content but it would be helpful sometimes, especially with my shader folder.
Any ideas?

Smart Content is not related to folder structure, that's the whole point. You can categorise items by right-click menu, and you can make them smart by dragging them into the Smart Content pane with the item they belong to loaded ands elected in the scene.
