Trouble Accessing Shopping Cart

Before I submit a help ticket, is anyone else having issues getting into the shopping cart? Last night, just fine. This afternoon--just keeps spinning and finally takes me to an error 524 page that shows browser working, cloudflare working, host error (www.daz3d.com). Cannot take advantage of sales if I cannot see what current deals in my cart show.

    Works fine for me, although I only have one item in the cart. Do you have many items in it?

    Yep, was considering getting them all... not really interested in saying how many items, but it's well over one hundred. Well. Over.

    That might be the reason. I remember having just a bit over a hundred items in the cart at one point, and it took well over a minute for the cart page to load. I can imagine that having even more items times out. And since you can't empty your cart without the cart page (can you?), I think contacting Customer Support will be your best solution in this case.

    My guess is that with all the calculations it has to perform, adding the m4/v4 discounts today forced the system to take longer to calculate the discount than the server timeout default and thus it's not connecting to the cart anymore. After the deals are gone, I'll probably be able to connect again just fine. Oh well. Once again, Daz loses out through short-sightedness. I'm using your app Ati. Thank you for doing what they never would. It's made a world of difference for me as a consumer.
