  • Are you giving thebisntaller the correct path for your DS application? Are you using a non-default location for DS? There are several threads on this plug-in, for example https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/292591/headshop-11-questions#latest , which cover the most common issues.

i dont know where to install it too  i have no idea

  • It goes to the folder with the Daz Studio application - on Windows that would default to C:/Program Files/Daz 3D/DazStudio4, if you have used a diffrent location see the other thread for what you need to do.

i am really getting angry now  its not even showing up in my dim

what the hell is going on  i dont understand this

  • It seems this is a consistent problem.  I posted in another thread earlier.  I used the installer and all my files appear to be located in the correct folders but the option does not appear under the edit button.   VERY FRUSTRATING

OK, we created a new installer that installs for non-standard DAZ Studio locations (c:/Program Files is standard).

Here's the link to download: https://www.dropbox.com/s/4heo62r8ly6zzgh/HSFull3.zip?dl=0

    Use your existing serial key.

Please consult README and also the manual, Chapter4 - Troubleshooting.

Actually, the new installer should install to "DAZ 3D" folder, whichever drive it resides. This folder must contain "DAZStudio4" folder with all files.

  • I have used the new installer and gave it the correct path.   The install was successful with all of the files in the appropriate locations.  Still no item under the edit menu.

I had a previous version of Headshop installed.  Are there files that need to be removed?

  • No, but maybe the DAZ 3D folder is missing items. See diagram below
