Can I move Install Manager DAZ folder to another partition than C:

After a couple years away, I have just upgraded to the latest 4.10 from 4.7 and have maxed out my C: drive with still more content to download.

In C:>Users>Public>Public Documents>DAZ 3D>Install Manager>Downloads

That folder is filled with compressed files and my C: drive is maxed out. I'm wondering if I can move that content to another internal drive. I'm pretty sure I told Install Manager to put my storefront purchased content in that second drive, but when I woke up this morning my C: drive was completely choked with no space left and I got error messages that many remaining downloads had nowhere to be downloaded to.

I have to make space and I can't tell if all these zipped files are backups because of the upgrade. I didn't delete the old 4.7 version and don't know what has to remain on C:

I have to either move or delete a whole lot of files and would like to know what I can safely move to my second internal drive which has lots of space and this is what I bought it for.

Thanks.

Yes, you can change that folder:

    • Launch Install Manager and select "work online".
    • Use the little cog in the top-right corner to open parameter window
    • Go to "Downloads" tab and change the "Download to" path to point to whatever folder you want to use on your other drive

It is the "Settings dialog", not the "parameter window", and the setting you are referring to is labeled "Package Archive" in the current version (since 1.2.0.1 - http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/software/install_manager/change_log_1_2_0_6#1_2_0_1).

No probs,  it's just that Rob felt you might confuse the OP.
