Installing files to library from external drive.

My old system died got a new pc with windows 10 I had saved  my downloaded  files but  can't figure out how to install from external drive...tried using install manage but did not  work.....can you help? tks...

Click the gear icon to open the Settings dialogue, go to the Downloads tab, and set the Package Archive to point to the folder with the zips.
