Hydron Suit for Genesis 8 Male(s) is the next sci-fi suit from Midnight_stories. It’s a hard surface suit with support for 9 shapes and more. There’s a full body suit, boots, gloves, and helmet. Plus left and right hand guns with matching holster. There’s a massive set of materials, 14 in all, with car paint shaders, worn metal paint and rubber, so there’s something for everyone and there’s Hierarchical material Presets, so it’s a one click operation to apply. The helmet has 4 glass presets. And 7 light color presets for all clothing. There are Hierarchical pose Presets for the gun for both Genesis 8 Male and The Brute 8. And a bonus Balaclava mask for free. This is one of the best valued set out there. Great for all your sci-fi scenes. There is also a matching set for Genesis 8 female and be on the lookout for the Army expansion pack coming soon.

  • Looks noce! One quey, though: Do the emissive lights have their own material zones to apply a shader? I'd like to 'deactivate' them. Giving away the user's locations wouldn't be desirable in depictions of combat or places with predatory wildlife.

    Do the limbs also have their own material zones? Interested in making them invisible for cybernetic limbs to then show through. This looks ideal for a robotic figure's abdomen/torso/head covering.

    Yes the lights are separate mat zones, one thing you can do is copy and paste from any materials on the suit boots gloves and helmet to anywhere else as they all sit on a single UV that suits them all, but not the gun as I ran out of room on the UV space. Sorry no separate ones for the limbs! you'll just have to turn off the visibility on the parts.

    Fabulous! Looks like this should double well for a futuristic pilot or diving suit, too.

    I see they are out! Just wanted to say thanks for having both a male and female version of this. I will sometimes buy things like this that only have a male version (rarely only a female version), but being able to have both versions so that they can be used together like a uniform is so much easier!

    I will keep that in mind in the future, the great thing about doing both sets is you only have to do the materials once. Thanks for the feedback !

    This looks great! Thanks for having a way to turn the lights off. I always think it is interesting when I see a suit with camo and lights on it, The footwear on this looks awesome.

    Yes it quite easy to get rid of the lights, just got to the material editor and right click on the rubber or suit copy then select the light and paste over the top of it

    If you're using a tablet in landscape mode, try turning it to portrait. I don't see the little edit symbol at the top of posts until I do that on my ipad.
