I don't recall what I was doing, but I noticed the Edie 8 has an alternate, yellow and mottled, texture for the teeth. I suspect that would be true of any of the "old hag" characters in the store. Though I suppose it's possible those based on Edie might be using Edie's bad teeth. I didn't see any smiles on most of those I have. The Monster has bad teeth textures. I actually used those on The Monster Bride, whose teeth are a pristene white (!?!) It will take a bit of extra work, but the mouth textures, (for inner mouth, teeth, gums and tongue,) use the same UVs for both genders, both generations, so you can use them interchangeably.
If you use the Geometry Editor, you can select individual teeth and create a new material zone for one or more of them. You can then use Cutout Opacity to hide it (them) or metal shaders to make it (them) silver or gold, (or whatever.)
Those teeth from that post is way too white (blueish)
there goes realistic right away
Noone has teeths like that if your name isnt Jon Bon Jovi ;)
There is a colouring schema for teeth, and my dentist told me that you will spot one colour immediately, as it is not natural in human teeth: A0 - bright white. All teeth are off-white to some degree. Most are A2, which is kind of an ivory colour.

For realistic looking teeth, I tend to use the settings from this post on the forums: Iray Teeth - The Final Frontier
And SF-Design's Easy Teeth for Genesis 8 Female or Easy Teeth for Genesis 8 Males have textures you can apply for gold teeth, yellowing, even blood stained.
