In testing the Tintation for HiroToon product, I encountered the following errors with the textures not applying to the neck and giving me an odd result. Im pretty sure I recall the mentioning of this error on the old forums, but i dont recall the reason it occurs or the fix for it.

Anyone have any ideas?

Looks like a texture map not made for the right uv map scenario.

Yes do you have the proper UV maps applied to the texture. Just use the UV switch to select what the character was made for. Assuming your applying it to Genesis that is.

Im not sure what you mean? I simply loaded HiroToon, selected him, attemped to the apply one of the body textures and this is the result. It works for all body parts except the neck.

And no, this is the original Hiro3/Hiro Toon.

I just loaded Hirotoon and then tried several tintation skin colors (which one is it you have tried?)... I didn't have your problem. Hirotoon does have different geometry and uvs for the neck/head than regular Hiro.... same body so he can wear Hiro clothes but not Hiro textures. Not sure what is going wrong for you... maybe reinstall Hirotoon and the Tintation products and see if there was some fix since your original installs.

Forgot to mention I used Daz Studio 4.6

They are both fresh installs and the error occurs on all instances.

I've had this issue with Hiro Toon quite often even using the official hiro toon plug in for 3DU's texture converter that converts V3/M3/V4 etc textures to Hiro Toon or Aiko Toon heads it still screws up the neck. The only work around I've found is to take a snippet of the neck area and make a blank texture square of that area in a repeating tile format and using that for the neck, You'll still end up doing post work. I make all my comics with Hiro Toon and Aiko Toon STILL as there hasn't been any model come close to them for a comic look.

Oh and the issue was fixed by re-downloading and re-installing HiroToon. There was a UV fixed since i last download and installed it.
