Will the hair line be adjustable? I rather like the male pattern baldness one over the man-doll hair pattern. lol

I'm sure I can morph it to your liking.

Is it possible to use Real Hairy on a Gen1 figure?

A few of the modules like the chest and abdomen look ok on Genesis, but most of them don't sit well. I would need to resize/reposition everything for Genesis. When I have time, I will transfer everything over to Genesis since it plays nicely with the transfer utility.

M4 will only work if you have the M4 morph for Genesis and Genesis 2 Male.

Is there anyway to use this with Genesis figures. Specifically Freak 5. I would move on to G2 figures if someone would make a Freak and or Swoll morphs for G2 figures that gave the same results as Freak 5 and Swoll of Genesis. None the less, would love to use your Real Hair product with Genesis if possible. Thanks for your hard work no matter what.

EDIT: Never mind. Asked and answered above, which I didn't see at first.

Freak 5 and Swole shapes have been out for Genesis 2 Male for some time. Time to upgrade.

Regardless, I'll be converting REAL Hairy to Genesis in the coming weeks. It should be in the store sometime in July.

Quick test of REAL Hairy for Genesis. Conversion doesn't seem to be as horrible as I thought it would be. Just a matter of dropping Gen1 into my 3D program, deleting Gen2 and reseating the roots. So far, chest and pits have converted nicely.

Tried it with my test beard. My beard did auto follow but failed to stay on the surface of the skin like always. Oh well. Useful tut though.

Did you make the beard with the default Genesis 02 male shape or the M6 shape? If it's the latter then that MAY be why it's floating like that a bit.

I always use the default G2M figure. I was hoping that tutorial would have a workaround for my beard issue, but it was just a tutorial on how to set auto follow on multiple sliders.

You know you might want to PM Smay and ask some advice. Your both merchants so he might have a work around for you. He's very very good at rigging issues as he's been at this for a long while now.

Just saw his new beard/hair set in the store. Nice looking beards. I can't even tell if they're polygon or texture based. Has anyone played with it yet?

    Well I've had better summers.

Sorry for not keeping any interested parties informed about REAL Hairy for Gen1.

Development has been put on hold because my house was burglarized. They stole my PC, cell phone, jewelry, and both of my RC helicopters. To make it worse, they broke open a wooden urn containing my dog's ashes and stole the bag inside! I'm beyond disgusted. I hope they snorted them.

Fortunately, I saved REAL Hairy to a flash drive so development of REAL Hairy for Gen1 can continue as soon as I scrape together enough money for a decent desktop. Ah the joy of installing a fresh OS and all my software. I think I'm gonna puke.

I'll start posting some progress images as soon as I'm up and running.

Thanks again to everyone for supporting REAL Hairy.

Normally I enjoy setting up a new PC, but I just don't have that same feeling under the circumstances.

They actually caught 2 burglars robbing the house 2 doors down. They did it two days later and at the same time of day. But the Fort Lauderdale police have no proof that they're the same guys who hit my house...although it's pretty obvious. The police don't even take the time to question these skumbags when they catch them. They just throw them in a cell, pat each other on the back and say, "job well done". So I have no way of knowing if they have my stuff somewhere. It could all be sitting in one of their apartments. But will the police search their apartments? No. It's an invasion of "their" rights. Pretty fckd up system.

That's for sure. With all the "police" stuff hitting the news circuits lately nothing surprises me any more. I'm really sorry you had to go through this. I really don't wish folks that do things like that to other well at all. I love to say "They need a house dropped on their sorry you know what's" (kind of my ode to OZ) lol

TigerDirect and NewEgg... good sources. I've built many a computer from using their resources and good prices!

I live near a TigerDirect and stopped in over the weekend. Found myself looking at those cheap security camera setups more than the motherboards. Even though burglars don't usually return, the whole experience can freak you out for awhile. Regardless, I found a good case and MB combo and hope to pick it up next weekend.

Sheeeeit - just seen this. Having been burgled (whilst I slept, upstairs) I can appreciate how you feel! Mind you, they didn't take my computer (so long ago they probably didn't know what a BBC Model B was ...! :)), but I did wake, randomly, for the next 6 to 12 months and unabel to get back to sleep until I had prowled the house, with friend's hockey stick firmly in hands ... ;) Cops thought it was a 'known band of local youths' but nothing ever came of it.
You just need a firm belief in karma and content yourself that in a future life they will be reincarnated as something ... suitable (I'd say slug, but I wouldn't want to suggest an improvement).

Yikes! That would freak me out if I was in the house. Burglars here do it in broad daylight when no one is home, usually around 9am-2pm when decent people are at work earning an honest living. I think tapeworm or housefly would be more appropriate...anything that eats shyt.

Or get something happen as we did with a recent spate of break ins (attempted in our case, luckily, they were unable to gain access)

At one they did get access to one of them got bitten by the dog. Went to hospital casualty for treatment for a dog bite. Because it was a dog attack the police were routinely called, unbeknownst to him. In comes local copper, recognises the guy and they was banged up. Apparently he had only been out for a week after being lodged at Her Maj's pleasure for a spell.
