    Mac,

Can you assist me with contacting Daz support and allowing me to get the previous installers? Since you upgraded them recently, hopefully they still have them "saved" somewhere or easily accessible?

I can ask, although I have no idea if DAZ save old installers. I have a feeling they're deleted when the new ones go live.

I'll e-mail Kevin now and let you know.

    What are you extracting with?

Try using something like 7zip -- the Windows one chokes on zero-byte files.

Used another program and it seems to extract fine. Out of curiosity, why is there a zero-byte file(s) in the archive?

If you want to have instructions, for example, you can put them on a .png with a dummy .pz2 so they'll show up in the library.

MJ - I sent you a PM. DAZ kept a copy of the old installers, so it looks like you're in luck.

Old thread, but thought it might be appropriate to ask here.

I bought the Home One Bundle sometime ago (June 09 2014) but hadn't actually gotten to play with it until now. I'm trying to use it, but cannot for the life of me figure out how it was installed. I tried uninstall / reinstall, but no luck. It shows installed, but I cannot locate any of the products in DS 4.7. In DIM, it shows the install paths, but I don't actually see any of the files in DS. I recently purchased two of your newer sets, and they installed fine.

    Thanks!

    They'll be in:
Content Library > Poser Formats > [content folder name] > Figures > Maclean > Home One,
Content Library > Poser Formats > [content folder name] > Props > Maclean > Home One,
Content Library > Poser Formats > [content folder name] > Pose > Maclean > Home One,
Content Library > Poser Formats > [content folder name] > Light > Maclean > Home One

Yeah, not working for me...for some reason DIM doesn't like my setup when trying to install Home One, even though it handles the more recent stuff...the files cannot even be found in my Content Library despite multiple install / reinstall attempts. Not sure how they are getting diverted.

    Thanks!

If you right-click on the entry in DIM and choose "Show Installed Files", does it show the correct content folder and full path?

Whoops, that clued me in! I never added the Runtime folder for Poser files when I moved to a secondary HD. Oops!

    Thanks!
