Hmm sort of hard to answer the Question without knowing what version of files the set is made of. If Poser type they should load fine but the textures would need some editing, and if it used Poser shaders those would need replaced with DAZ Studion versions. And DAZ Studio will load some other types of content but would need those Imported and then set up properly and saved to DAZ Studio for easy later re-use.
they said some like obl files....but the people said they werent sure...if it will work with daz studios......its said element 3d was to be used and aftereffects as well....i dont use any of them.....it looked like a strong program.....i dont want buy if it doesnt work with DAZ 3d
Well Element 3D and After Effects are more for 3D animation, as in to add effects to Animation clips. In Object file format the content files more than likely can be Imported into DAZ Studio but may not have texture files that would work to look like it does on another site. My motto is when in doubt for a item that is costly I just do not go there. I would hate to say do it and see and you end up with having bought something that does not work or does not work properly.
just looked https://www.videocopilot.net/products/3d/metropolitan/
not cheap and do not say if texture maps or proceedural shaders for those programs
honestly the dystopia city blocks in store would be a better buy and there are 6 free ones

Actually it clearly says comes in Object Format and has 1GB of textures and works in Blender. So that says it Will work in DAZ Studio but it will need very much hand set up in my view. And it is not going to render in DAZ Studio as shown in the promos without a lot of knowledge on the users end as to how to set up scenes and textures and lighting.
Why dont you download the Free Future City Pack from their page and see if you can work with that in studio.
before you spend any money.
EDIT:
Just tried it, you can import the obj's (theres a lot!)
then you have to set up EVERYTHING manually cause it will come in with no textures.every part section pipes etc..
all the textures and their matching Ambient Occlusion jpg's are in another folder. it's just well... I think you will get much better results using something specifically made for Studio..though it can be done with lot's of time and knowledge on how Daz works..as mentioned above already.
