I just purchased and installed it - the manual install zips at least have the files in the right place :)
I went a few rounds with tech support on the various jda hdri packaging issues. I can't honestly say if they get fixed or not. Usually my tickets involve submitting a ticket. Waiting about 2 months then getting an email asking if it's still an issue. I say it is, they confirm,it goes to bug tracker where it rots. Sometimes there is an update other times it just remains in bug tracker. I might at some point get another email asking if it is still an issue.
Yes. I had a request to fix missing poses in a product and it seemed to take months. The poses were there, it was just the metadata that was missing. Even that took forever to fix due to backlogged issues. But they are very quick to refund purchases which I am grateful for. I get a store credit toward another puchase.
I use Install Manager for all installs. Will it work that way do you think?
I'm almost afraid to try because I would have to repurchase this product. I had returned it a few months ago.
I supposed I could return it again if there is an issue.
I only have the CyberPunk HDRI pack from this PA and they show up under Render Presets in the content directory (as of my purchase this past week). Not an ideal location, as like pretty much every other HDRI product I have is under Lighting Presets, but whatever...I was able to find them. I typically do not purchase HDRI products because hello HDRI Haven, but I wanted these for the neon bokeh for background purposes. My only complaint is that the HDRI's themselves are tiny...if they aren't going to be bokeh'd out with dof, they need to be 16k minimum.
funny how nobody links the product so we can see this thread on it in DAZ-DEALS
I don't own it but thx for the headsup

I think.
Yes. That's it!
The reason I'd like to purchase this product is because I have the other one this artist put out:

Prometheus HDRI does incredible things with lighting and colors. It's simply amazing. So I was super bummed when the Cyberpunk would not even load up.
It *should* be the same file structure in both - but I can't guarantee it. If not, the fix for the issue was simply to move some files as mentioned on P1 of this thread.
