Can't Change My Email Address

I have a new email address and I'm trying to change it in my Account Info area, but it won't let me change it. It says it's awaiting confirmation, but I'm not getting any email confirmations in either my old address or my new one. And if I click Save, it reverts it back to my old email addresss. Is this a glitch from the new site switch-over, or am I doing something wrong?

    You're not the first to report this recently.  Nothing is working properly right now.  I'd hold off for a while, or else put in a support ticket to make the change.

  • It's happening to me, too. The problem is, I'm deleting that email account in a week.

    I put in a a ticket about this and when I checked on the progress of it, I saw a response that it's a known problem and they're working on it. My problem is that my old email address is already gone. I changed providers and my account with my previous provider has been closed.

    I have exactly the same problem. Started trying 1 or 2 months before my e-mail expired in December. Tried today once more, nada.

    I had to go through customer service to get mine changed. It was on hold for a bit until they got the ability back to change them. Be warned though, when they change your email, your CS tickets aren't moved over to the new address, at least mine weren't.
