It depends on how serious you want the character to be about the race. A fun runner might wear this: https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-homebody-for-genesis-8-females. A bit more serious, and the G8 basic wear starts to look right. And if the London Marathon is anything to go by, a chicken suit is suitable too...

Run naked, it's more aerodynamic that way. Also you will learn to run even faster, because the popo gonna be chasing in no time!
