Should be the "Angel Secrets Wool Edition for Genesis 8 Female(s)" outfit:

Oooo scratchy so is it a leotard or body suit, or a onesie, or what?
In the United States at least, it usually is called a leotard. Bodysuits I suppose could be another name for them but I think many think of a bodysuit in the context of a "Full Bodysuit" which is form fitting and covers pretty much the entire body. Daz3d, in a quick search (via Google), the majority are the Full Bodysuit, but there are maybe 1 in 10 that are called Bodysuits that would match with this.
An adult onesie normally cover the whole body like the Animal Onsie Outfit for Genesis 8 Females. Could be close to a baby onesie though it is missing the snaps that baby onesie would have:

In the UK it could be either a leotard or a body suit. The main difference is that leotard are pull on item and bodysuits fastens underneath as it is usually worn under clothes. A long legged one is more often called a catsuit.
I would call this a playsuit as the bottom half looks more like shorts.
If you look up bodysuit online it will have sleeves but no legs. A skin tight garment with legs is called a catsuit
After looking at various intimate wear catalogs it appears this is called a "romper".
There are all kinds of rompers.
