SWOLE for Genesis 8 Male: Fibo - Advanced Muscle Deformation

I purchased SWOLE for Genesis 8 Male: Fibo - Advanced Muscle Deformation about a year ago and ended up returning it because it deformed the muscles on every male figure in my collection that had Musculature HD Morphs for Genesis 8 Male turned on.
I've never purchased a product that caused problems with poses on figures before. Usually you have to turn on a product's morphs to get them to work, but this product seemed to be on by default and screwed up any type of flexing poses on figures with Musculature morphs.
I know that it's meant for Swole, but is it possible I can purchase this product again and use it successfully on other figures? Was there something I overlooked, or are the two products simply not compatible.
I don't want to purchase it again if I wind up running into the same problem

I have the basic Swole for Genesis 8 Male product, but not the add-on products. I do have the Advanced Muscle Deformation set(s) in my wishlist, so if there's an issue with those, I'd love to know about it.
Almost all my G8M characters get some Swole dialed in. I've never seen any interference from Swole with any figures. Not sure if the add-on Advanced Muscle Deformation sets cause that or not.
Also have the Musculature HD Morphs set in my wishlist. Haven't gotten around to picking that set up yet. How do you like it? It looks terrific.

The Musculature HD Morphs are so realistic you would think you're watching the Mr. Olympia. I highly recommend that product.

You can dial everything up or do partials, they all look terrific. It's just a lot of muscles to adjust but there are a few sliders that work the entire physique to make things much easier. Then you can just dial down the pecs or the calves if they are too large.
The other products are nice, but they just don't compare to Musculature HD Morphs.
But I really liked the vacuum stomach pose on the FIBO Muscle Deformations, which is one reason I want to purchase it again. It's very realistic and it's not in any other product.
I'm hoping I can pick it up again for that reason alone, but I don't want to have to return it again if it messes with the Musculature HD. Tech support was unable to help at the time.
I do not own the Swole character presently, so I'm pretty sure it was the FIBO Muscle Deformations that caused the issue with Musculature HD.
I don't think Swole 8 is actually required because the promo images show other figures (as in the Brute). So I think you can use it on any G8M figure.
I don't have SWOLE for Genesis 8 Male: Fibo - Advanced Muscle Deformation, but I do have the deformations for Hercules made by the same vendor. They work great and I haven't found any issues with them.
What is the difference between the 3 different products?
There is a Muscle Deformation product for Fibo, Hercules, and Goliath.
As the muscles are progressively enlarged for those characters, they have to have corrective morphs created to combat the ugly deformations.
Instead of FIBO, I think I will purchase Hercules this time. He is the runt of the group. LOL
LOL that's for sure
Well, after purchasing the Hercules Advanced Muscle Deformation, I ran into the same problem as I did with Fibo.
The two attachments show the result of a flexing pose from Bodybuilding Poses for The Brute 8 and Genesis 8.
So all I did was install the deformation product. I didn't even use it, and you can see what happens with the bicep flex pose before and after install:
1. Dain with Musculature HD turned up 100%, flexing bicep, before install of Advanced Muscle Deformations.
2. Dain with Musculature HD turned up 100%, flexing bicep, after install of Advanced Muscle Deformations.
It seems these deformation products mess with everything.
It might make SWOLE look more natural, but for every other G8 figure it really looks totally unnatural if you ask me.
Ugh!
You should only be seeign the advanced muscle deformations being used if you're actually dialing said character's FBM in. E.g., you'll need to have FIBO Swole's FBM dialed in for the FIBO Swole's advanced muscle deformations to be turned on.
Now if you dialed in FIBO Swole and then added a bunch of other morphs on top of (which based on how emaciated the forearms are, I'm guessing you may have done), the advanced muscle deformation jcm's are still going to see that you have the FIBO Swole FBM dialed in and it's still going to trigger the advanced muscle deformations.
If you don't have FIBO Swole dialed in at all and the advanced muscle deformations are still triggering when you move the body around, then you have an issue and should put in a ticket.
Thanks for the feedback.
Your third statement is correct. I've never turned any dials or turned anything "on" with FIBO, Swole or Advanced Muscle Definitions. All I did was install the Advanced Muscle Deformations. I don't even own any of the SWOLE characters, just the deformations product. But it seems to do weird things to my existing figures that use Musculature HD, as you can see.
I had asked technical support about this a while ago but I did not get a resolution, so I just returned the Fibo product.
I guess I will be returning the Hercules deformations now too.
And yes, I could never get the forearms right with Musculature HD. They are way too skinny. I have to work on that.
Swole is required for the deformations to work. The morphs are specifically created to work with those characters and look pretty good even if the character is not dialed in 100 percent.
