How do I IMPORT an OBJ with UDIM UV's?

Hello!  I'm hoping somebody here has run into this...  I've created some clothing using Marvelous Designer, and exported out the clothing with UV's that I arranged on UDIM tiles.  I know the UV's are good because I can take it into Substance Painter and bake all of the maps for texturing the surface just fine, but when I go to import the OBJ to DAZ I only see the one surface.

I assume this is because there really IS only one surface assigned, but how can I separate the different UDIM tiles into their respective surfaces?

Anybody know?

you can do this in Blender or something, just select the geometry in each UDIM tile and then assign a new material to it.

Or, you can do this in Marvelous Designer.  Assign a different Fabric to pattern pieces in each UDIM tile (in other words, a different fabric for each UDIM tile) and use the export settings described in the first page(s) of this thread such that each Fabric name will describe a new material surface. Note: Fabric names should not have spaces, use an underscore instead.
