I updated my Daz to 4.14 but I can't find the Enviroment options of the Render Settings of the Iray Engine, where are they?

Oh! I can see it's on the Scene tab now. Forget the question.

Either add a render setting like an HDRI product or go to Create and add an Environment node and a Toning node.  There have been minor changes to allow for better interactions with other programs like Octane and Blender.  You should now see in the scene the Environment node and Toning nodes.  If you want to completely reset the scene, you can just delete the nodes and apply new HDRI or  create new ones.

Once you get used to it, it becomes second nature....  Besides letting 3rd party apps like Octane have clean transfers, it is awfully convenient for resetting the toning and environment of a scene or dragging and dropping into another scene.
