Can't redeem gift card

I purchased a $300 gift card today, but the code isn't working and my balance won't update. I put in a support ticket, but they take forever and in the meantime, my money is held hostage. Is there a way to get this resolved more quickly, and if not, how do I go about getting a refund?

Same thing happened to me, but give it time. It does come through. Took a few hours with the first one I entered. And the second one was just short of that.
The a gift card code now show up on the it's Order page (on the line that shows the gift card).
I'd post your ticket number in the Sales Issues thread. Sometimes that helps.
Be careful not to have any extra spaces, after applying it in the code box it will 'vanish' and the $ should then be appearing on your store credit page.
Just in case (you may already know this), be aware that when copying the code it is not uncommon for an extra blank space before or after to also get copied. If this extra space is pasted in, then the number will not work. It has to be the number without any extra spaces.
