Smoother clothing in the pelvic area

Is there a tool to increase the smoothness of clothing in the pelvic area between the glutes? I tried fit control, but it it does not work well in the pelvic area between the glutes.

    If you have smoothing enabled and it's causing strange shapes you can change the smoothing type from base shaping match to generic and get somewhat better results.
