Help! Install Failed - log attached

I went to install two new products yesterday through the Install Manager (everything else is updated) and got the "Install Failed" error on them, plus 24 things that I had previously tried to install (and hadn't noticed had failed.)
One thing I notice is that there appears to be two spaces between My and DAZ3D Content. Is that's what's wrong? If so, how do I fix it? Any other ideas?
Proactively, I made sure my Windows 7 computer is fully updated and ran my virus scanners and restarted the machine. I also made sure DAZ itself and the Install Manager are updated. Yes, I do put my installation onto my E drive, not C. E is a permanently-mounted external drive (kids destroyed the case connectors at some point, so we just mounted the thing) - but this has never caused trouble before. I have literally hundreds of products correctly installed and working through that method.
Anyone?? (I need to get a cover made, so I need the pieces I just bought!)

The two spaces are presumably the way you named the folder (since it isn't using the default) - that shouldn't be an issue.
Can you manually extract the files thta re causing problems from the zip?
